I'm Carlee Danielle, NTP
I used to be the epitome of a workaholic. I was always a high performer on teams, quickly promoted, working a high income job, and eventually.. burnt out.
All of my success came at a cost and I soon learned the price was my health and sanity. I was using coffee to cope with the afternoon crash and laying wide awake in bed at night with racing thoughts only to drag myself out of bed the next morning to do it all again (after my grueling workout class, of course). I soon learned this way of living was a choice I no longer wanted to choose.
